Refund & Cancellation Policy
Written plainly, so there is nothing to discover later.
This document is a working draft maintained by SUROS. It has not yet been reviewed by an attorney, and it will be finalised before launch. Nothing here removes rights you have under applicable law.
Services and custom work
Payments for services, digital work and custom designs are non-refundable once processed, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Monthly subscriptions
Subscriptions can be canceled at any time from your client portal to prevent future charges. Cancellation does not refund payments already made.
Pay-in-full websites
The pay-in-full website is $2,500: $625 to start and $1,875 at launch. The initial project payment is non-refundable once development begins, to the extent permitted by applicable law. Final payment is required before ownership transfer and handoff.
Physical and custom products
Business cards, Review Tap cards and other custom or physical products are non-refundable once production has begun, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Proofs and changes
Business card orders require your approval of a proof before production. Changes requested after proof approval may incur additional fees.
Your legal rights
Nothing in this policy is intended to override rights you have under applicable consumer law.
