Acceptable Use Policy
A short list of what SUROS-hosted services may not be used for.
This document is a working draft maintained by SUROS. It has not yet been reviewed by an attorney, and it will be finalised before launch. Nothing here removes rights you have under applicable law.
Prohibited content and activity
Unlawful content, content that infringes someone else's rights, malware or malicious code, phishing or fraudulent material, and attempts to gain unauthorised access to systems or other clients' data.
Reviews and feedback
SUROS Review Tap makes it easier for customers to share their experience. It must not be used to incentivise reviews, to filter or suppress feedback based on sentiment, or in any way that breaches the review platform's own policies.
Resource use
Hosted sites must not be used in ways that materially degrade shared infrastructure, such as unsolicited bulk email or sustained abusive traffic.
Enforcement
Where we can, we contact you first. Serious or repeated breaches may result in suspension or termination of services.
