Privacy Policy
What we collect, why we collect it, and what we do with it.
This document is a working draft maintained by SUROS. It has not yet been reviewed by an attorney, and it will be finalised before launch. Nothing here removes rights you have under applicable law.
Information we collect
Contact and business details you submit through our quote or contact forms, account information when you create a client login, files and images you upload to your portal, order details for products you purchase, and standard technical information such as browser type and pages visited.
How we use it
To respond to enquiries, prepare quotes, build and maintain your website, fulfil product orders, process payments through our payment provider, and send service communications relating to your account.
Payments
Card details are handled by our payment provider. SUROS does not receive or store raw card numbers.
Storage and access
Client data and uploaded files are stored in access-controlled systems. Each client account can only access its own data. Administrative access is limited to SUROS staff who need it to deliver the service.
Sharing
We do not sell personal information. We share it only with service providers that we need to operate — for example hosting, payment processing, email delivery and print fulfilment.
Your choices
You can request a copy of your information, ask us to correct it, or request deletion of data we are not required to keep. Contact us using the details on the contact page.
